Early this morning I ran across what appears to be the easiest to use fitness/nutrition tracking system I’ve seen. I don’t really need assistance with workout programs since I have the WONDERFUL Nathan Williams at 40 Minute Fitness to torture me on a regular basis, but the nutrition piece is very helpful. Today, for instance, I realized I have room to eat a few M&Ms without totally blowing my nutrition balance.
