Here’s why TV writers may be pulling the old “air traffic controllers” bullet to the foot maneuver.

I do have a small TV which can be connected to an iPOD or DVD player … so I can watch what I like when I choose without interruption.

This link to CNN viewer comments is interesting.

One e-mailer from Springdale, Arkansas has an interesting point — how is it that creative people can’t seem to negotiate their own contracts? Weren’t unions established for blue collar types?

The only thing that really concerns me is that the most vast programs of the vast wasteland don’t need writers — reality TV is at the top of the wasteland heap. As long as I can still catch those old Murder She Wrote reruns on my DVR, I won’t much care about the strike — good ole Jessica Fletcher helps me sleep.
