Portmanteau Mind: Milking the Cobra

Portmanteau Mind: Milking the Cobra.

My friend JD is one of the 188th Fighter Wing’s unsung heroes from the great BRAC War of ought-five. JD had all the sexy MOA maps showing where the F-16s could — and did — play. Our mission spaces are among the best in the nation. It’s kinda hard to replicate flying conditions over mountainous terrain in areas like, ummmmmm, Bosnia or North Korea when you’re training in the desert. Ya know? HOG and SHIRLEY MOA in Arkansas have got it goin on. And JD helped prove that to the BRAC Commission.

That’s neither here nor there. JD is a retired fighter pilot and now runs a business in Fort Smith. The guy is smart, passionate, innovative and works hard.

The link to his blog takes you to the first of a promised 4 part discussion of the casino issue.

I can’t wait to read Part Two.
